Locking Backerkit surveys and creating final production list.

Dear Backers,

Quick update,

We are about to shut down the production list and we are going to lock all Backerkit surveys. Some cards have already been charged and those that have not, this week we will charge the pending cards.

If you have already answered the survey and your debit/credit card was also charged, you should not worry. This update is only to inform you of the point where the campaign is and to remind you that if you have not yet responded to Backerkit, this is the time to do so.

There are still 20% of backers who have not answered the survey or have not filled in the necessary information to process the payment. If you haven't responded yet, you can do so within the next 7 days before we start production.

How can I access my backerkit survey?

If you have not yet answered in Backerkit, the system of this platform periodically sends reminders to your email. You will most likely find the survey invitation in your inbox or spam folder.

If you cannot find the reminder in your email, you can request it from the survey recovery page: https://cthulhu-mythos-statuette-tribal-chess.backerkit.com/

After 7 days, if you still haven't responded on Backerkit or we haven't been able to charge your card, we won't be able to ensure your reward goes out along with all the others.

So make sure you have added all the add-ons you want and filled in all your information correctly to process the payment in Backerkit.

During last weeks we have been working on the pledge manager and some new items to complete your chess sets and statuette collection.
